1. Q: How does your company do regarding quality control?
A: The quality is depend on the price,we have thousands of products, we can't promise that all the products have thesame quality,for we need to satisfy different customer's requirements, some one needs high quality, some one needs
low price ,it's according to your requirements !
2.Q:How about sample policy?
A.: a. If we have the sample in stock .we will provide free sample to you.
b. If we don't have in stock . we will buy material and worker to make the samples it have cost,so you need pay it.But the sample fee will by return to you when you place a big order to us!
MOST OF TIME, YOU ONLY NEED PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COST FOR EXPRESS.
3.Q:How about MOQ ? Do you accept Small order ?
A: For the MOQ, Single brush it's 2000 pcs per color.it's 500 sets for makeup brush set per color.if you order donot reach MOQ number, please feel free contact to me, we will make sure if we have material in stock or we will support
your for the first trial order with quantity unlimited.
4. Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?
A: When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, pls kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China which is cheaper,it is ok for us as well.
5. Q: Can you give me a discount?
A: We mainly do wholesale service, our policy is that bigger quantity,cheaper price, so we will quoto you the best price based on your order quantity.
6.Q: How can i believe that after i payment you can send the goods to me?
A:First of all, if we did not send the order out after receiving the payment,you can make a complaint on paypal or bank, they will judge for you;Then,they will freeze your payment,but please trust us we have been this line more than 16 years and we are trustable and reliable supplier.
